This shot reminds me of those old school side scroll video games where you need to avoid the bombs but score the cherries.
The shot is of one of the two CL215 water bombers that flew into Inuvik last week. There were a few forest fires between here and Tuktoyaktuk due to the dry weather we’ve been having. The funny thing is that when they got here, it started raining (hence the dark sky in the picture). Oops!
