Taken somewhere on Devon Island- wish I had a GPS hooked up to my camera to show where.
The 24 hours of sun takes its toll on the glaciers and they melt to form massive waterfalls cascading over the massive cliffs. Flying up rock valleys with waterfalls on either side is quite breathtaking.
Looks like a scene from The Princess Bride… the ‘Cliffs of Doom’!
Something almost surreal about this photo.
