A man in the city of Kandy, Sri Lanka smiles for my camera during the Festivle of the Tooth.
I am currently very very far from where this picture was taken. I’m up at Resolute Bay, Nunavut. I’m flying for the same company, but at a different base. We are doing a lot of work for the Polar Continental Shelf Program which provides funding and structure to research teams (who we call Beakers) to find out what makes Northern Canada tick. I’ve done several flights out to the Mars Camp at the Devon Crater on Devon Island. Pretty neat stuff.
