Fellow crew member, friend, and translator for the day, Fayaz, on Mandoo Island. I’m not use to having a cabin attendant, as up north the crew handles everything from flight planning, loading baggage, flying the plane, and filling out endless mountains of paperwork.. So its so nice to have support staff for those quick turns at the dock. It also lets the flight crew focus on their own responsibilities.. like flying the plane.
At Maldivian Air Taxi we have a huge staff to make sure things move as quickly as possible. Baggage handlers, passenger handlers, cabin attendants, dispatchers, maintenance, and a million managers. Its great, because if something screws up, which it often does, everyone has tons of other people to blame!
