This is a shot behind our apartment. The corrugated metal housings are called ‘utilidors’ which carry our sewage and water above ground. Up here, we are unable to bury them underground, due to the permafrost. You often see kids running down the utilidors during the summer months.

I’m surprised you haven’t seen any grown-ups using them as shortcuts - especially on the way home from the Legion, trying to avoid Mosquitoe Lane down in the hole between the MacKenzie, Eskimo Inn and Mountain View Apts…..
