The community freezer at Herschel Island. When you have permafrost about 1 foot under the surface of the ground its easy to build a sweet freezer. Dig a huge hole in the ground, put some wood over it, pile up a mound of dirt on top of said hole, then add a door. Volia! Instant freezer! I went down into the freezer which has a ladder that descends about 8 or so feet into the ground. Bloody freezing down there!
