I didn’t get the full story on this crash, but I believe they ran out of fuel in bad weather. It was quite unfortunate because they were not very far from the Resolute Bay Airport. I hope everyone made it out ok!
Being low on fuel up in crappy weather up here is a bad situation. You have very limited choices when it comes to alternate airports….. basically there isn’t any close by…
