This weekend Becky and I flew to Montreal as part of my Commercial Pilots license requirements. We are required to do a 300nm trip with a landing at 3 other airports not including our point of origin. Overall a great flight, great weather, and a great night in Montreal.
On the way back we witnessed a pretty cool weather phenomenon between Toronto and Burlington. There was a line of advection fog clouds formed from warm air blowing over the cold lake.. The layer was only about 100 feet high and above it you could see for 25 miles in all directions. Really amazing! Anyways, here is a shot of the Oakville Ford plant’s smoke stack peeking through the fog.

i love this one.. it’s like a scene from a strange movie..
